Recipe Mini fruity pancakes

Method

  1. Make the pancake mix by adding water to the Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix and mixing until combined and smooth, allow to stand for 10 minutes before use.

  2. Pipe the mix into mini dutch pancake mould and allow to cook for 2 minutes each side.

  3. Build onto cocktail sticks, dust generously with Macphie Sweet Snow® and drizzle with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
