Recipe Mini matcha Bundt cakes
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix
- Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing
- Matcha Tea powder
- 350g Whole Egg
- 300g Vegetable oil
- 200g Water
- Sugar paste green food colouring
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg, Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and 10% Matcha tea powder and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil, margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit into a Bundt tin and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes or until fully baked.
Allow to cool slightly before turning out from the tin.
Colour Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with sugar paste green food colouring.
Decorate accordingly.
