Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg, Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and 10% Matcha tea powder and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and a further 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the oil, margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Deposit into a Bundt tin and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes or until fully baked.

  4. Allow to cool slightly before turning out from the tin.

  5. Colour Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with sugar paste green food colouring.

  6. Decorate accordingly.
