
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Premium Doughnut Concentrate
- 84g water
- 80g yeast
- 1000g bread flour
- Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Icings
- Macphie Luxury Fillings (if desired)
- Mint chocolate chip ice cream
- Milk

Method
Make up the doughnuts using Macphie Premium Doughnut concentrate as per TIS sheet.
Once doughnuts are ready, use Luxury Fillings to fill and 5th Avenue® Icings to finish as desired.
To prepare the milkshake, blend mint chocolate chip ice cream and milk together.
Before pouring into the glass, pour more Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping around the rim of the glass and let it pour down the sides.
Pour in the milkshake and pop the doughnut on top.
