Method
In a large mixing bowl using a whisk whip Macphie Mactop® Traditional until soft peak.
Build the sundae in a coupe, layering up mint chocolate chip ice cream, Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping, mint chocolates, cookie crumbs and the whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional.
