Recipe Mixed Berry Bao bun
Ingredients
- 20g Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 20g Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- Freeze dried raspberry pieces
- 1 Bao buns
Method
Chill the Macphie Mactop® Traditional to 2-10°C and fill approximately 1/3rd of bowl before whipping.
Whip until soft peak consistency is achieved.
Deep fry the bao buns at 170°C until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and toss in sugar.
Pipe in the Macphie Mactop® Traditional until full and smoothed off.
Once full sprinkle with the the freeze-dried raspberry pieces and finish with a drizzle of fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
