Recipe Mixed berry cruffin
Ingredients
- Macphie Buttercream Frosting
- Macphie Mixed Berry Flavour Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
- Premade laminated dough
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- Berries
Method
Roll and cut the premade laminated dough.
Place into a lined muffin tin and allow to prove.
Bake at 190°c for 18-22 minutes until fully baked.
Remove from the tins and allow to cool.
Fill with some Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping.
Top with Macphie Buttercream Frosting, Macphie Mixed Berry Flavour Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow® and some berries.
