Recipe Mussels in white wine sauce flat bread
Ingredients
- 500ml Macphie White Wine Sauce
- 100g musselsĀ
- 75g leeks
- 1 flatbread
- Chopped Chives
Method
Mix the cooked mussels with the Macphie White Wine Sauce, sweated leeks and chives.
Spread over the flatbread and cook until flatbread is golden.
Finish with chopped chives.
