Method

  1. Stretch out your pizza base to the desired shape.

  2. With the back of a spoon, spread out the Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce in the middle of your pizza base.

  3. Crumble on the nduja sausage and grated mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake in a pizza oven until ready.

  5. When cooked, finish with the fresh burrata and grate the frozen tomato on top with a microplane.
