Recipe Nduja chicken wings with a cheddar cheese dip
Ingredients
- Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- Mozzarella
- Nduja paste
- Chicken wings
- Sweet, small peppers
- Spring onions
- Parmesan cheese
Method
Marinate the chicken wings in nduja paste for 4 hours in the fridge.
Place the marinated chicken wings onto a baking tray and place into a pre heated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add 10% mozzarella into the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce and heat.
Plate as required and decorate with sliced spring onions, sweet small peppers (we used Cooks&Co Sweet Red Drop Peppers) and grated parmesan.
