Ingredients

  • 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
  • Macphie Pizza Topping
  • Grated mozzarella
  • 100g Nduja sausage
  • Sliced red and green peppers
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Roll or stretch your pizza base out on a floured surface.

  2. Thinly cover your base with Macphie Pizza Topping.

  3. Tear your Nduja sausage into small pieces and scatter on the pizza along with your grated mozzarella and sliced peppers.

  4. Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked and the edges are brown and crispy.

  5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and scatter with torn fresh basil leaves.
