Recipe Neapolitan cookies
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 1000g Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 260g water (130g per 1000g of Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix)
- Beetroot juice (or red food colouring)
Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and water into a machine bowl and mix on slow speed until dough comes together
Repeat above with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix.
Repeat step 1 with the addition of beetroot juice (or red food colouring).
Roll each of the cookie dough out to a cylinder and place all three in a roll together to form a 50g puck.
Bake for 14-16 minutes at 170⁰C.
