1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and water into a machine bowl and mix on slow speed until dough comes together

  2. Repeat above with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix.

  3. Repeat step 1 with the addition of beetroot juice (or red food colouring).

  4. Roll each of the cookie dough out to a cylinder and place all three in a roll together to form a 50g puck.

  5. Bake for 14-16 minutes at 170⁰C.
