Recipe Oozing cheese & ham toastie

Method Makes 1 toastie

1. Pre heat the toastie machine.

2. Butter both sides of the bread lightly.

3. Apply  a thin layer of Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce on one side of the buttered bread, then add the grated cheese & ham.

4. Add the other slide of bread to make a sandwich.

5. Place in the toastie machine & toast until golden in colour & warm.

6. Serve as required.
