Recipe Padrón peppers
Ingredients
- Macphie Hollandaise Sauce
- Padrón peppers
- Sea salt
- Olive oil
Method
Wash & pat dry padrón peppers.
Heat a pan until very hot.
Place the padrón peppers into a bowl and coat with a generous amount of olive oil & sea salt.
Once the pan is hot place the peppers into the pan and leave to cook until blistered, turning frequently.
Gently heat the Macphie Hollandaise Sauce in a saucepan.
Once the peppers are cooked & blistered, place onto serving plate.
Drizzle with Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.
