Method

  1. Wash & pat dry padrón peppers.

  2. Heat a pan until very hot.

  3. Place the padrón peppers into a bowl and coat with a generous amount of olive oil & sea salt.

  4. Once the pan is hot place the peppers into the pan and leave to cook until blistered, turning frequently.

  5. Gently heat the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce in a saucepan (can be served cold).

  6. Once the peppers are cooked & blistered, place onto serving plate.

  7. Serve with a dipping pot of with Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.
