Recipe Pancakes with maple syrup

Ingredients
- 1Kg Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 265g melted butter
- 235g water
- Macphie o.t.t® Maple flavour syrup dessert topping
- Salted butter

Method Makes up to 10 pancakes
Place the Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add liquids and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed
Spoon the pancake mix into a large hot, non-stick greased frying pan, 3 at a time until golden and fluffy
Create stacks of the warm pancakes and generously pour over the warm Macphie o.t.t® Maple flavour syrup dessert topping followed by a large knob of salted butter
