- Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC (185-195ºF), stirring continuously.
- Pour into suitable moulds.
- Leave to cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Once set, turn out of mould onto plate.
- Serve with compote made from Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis combined with fresh raspberries, redcurrants and blueberries.
- Decorate plate with Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis and berries and serve.
