Recipe Panna Cotta with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 litre Macphie Panna Cotta
- Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis
- Fresh raspberries
- Strawberries & blueberries

Method
Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC (185-195ºF), stirring continuously.
Pour into suitable moulds.
Leave to cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Once set, turn out of mould onto plate.
Serve with compote made from Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis combined with fresh raspberries, redcurrants and blueberries.
Decorate plate with Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis and berries and serve.
