1. Slice the chicken breast in half across the breast.

  2. Pane the chicken in flour, egg and breadcrumbs (you can use yesterdays bread for this).

  3. Place into the air fryer on “fry” setting at 200°C for 12-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from the air fryer and top with pasta tomato sauce, a slice of mozzarella and cover with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.

  5. Place back into the air fryer for a further 5 minutes.

  6. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh basil.
