Recipe Pasta in a truffle white wine sauce
Ingredients
- 500g Macphie White Wine Sauce
- 10g truffle paste
- 100g parmesan
- 200g fresh tagliatelle
- 50g salted butter
- 1 clove garlic
Method
In a suitable saucepan, add the salted butter and melt it over a low heat, add the finely grated garlic and sweat for 1 – 2 mins until soft.
Turn to a medium heat and add the Macphie White Wine Sauce to pan, bring to the boil.
Once boiling add the truffle paste and mix through.
Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring all the pasta is coated. Finish with grated parmesan and black pepper.
