Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Dijon and the Macphie Filset and whisk together.

  2. Add the cubed ham and frozen peas and stir through the mixture.

  3. Use Boeson Trennwax® ‘Spray Extra’ to spray your tins then line them with your pastry.

  4. Spoon the cooled mixture into the pastry and then add the pastry lid and ensure a tight seal around the edge.

  5. Glaze using Macphie Plant-based Glaze or GlenGlaze®.

  6. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
