Recipe Pesto & cheese toastie
Ingredients
- Focaccia
- Fresh pesto (vegan option available)
- Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce or Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Method Makes 1 toastie
Pre-heat the toastie machine.
Butter both sides of the Focaccia lightly.
Spread an even layer of pesto on one side of the Focaccia.
Spread a generous amount of Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce onto the Focaccia, add the other slide of Focaccia to make a sandwich.
Place in the toastie machine & toast until golden in colour & warm.
Serve as required.
