Recipe Pink cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Pink food colouring
- 100g white chocolate chunks
Method
Place the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a mixer with the chocolate chunks, water and colour as you desire.
On a medium speed, mix to a dough.
Form into 75g balls.
Bake at 160°C for 8-10 minutes.
