Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and the Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the vegetable oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Bake at 180⁰C for 30 minutes.

  4. Once cooled, heat the Macphie Panna Cotta until boiling point, boil for approx. 3 mins and add in the pistachio paste and mix until smooth and combined.

  5. Pour into the suitable well until full and chill, this should take approx. 1 hour to set.

  6. Garnish the top with pistachio drizzle, fresh raspberries and chopped pistachios.
