Recipe Pistachio cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Pistachio Flavour Icing
- Freeze dried raspberries
- Macphie Sweet Snow®
Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add 120g water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Roll into 60g balls, then flatten slightly and place into the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Finish with Macphie 5th Avenue® Pistachio Flavour Icing, freeze-dried raspberries and Macphie Sweet Snow®
