Recipe Pistachio cookies

Method

  1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Add 120g water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

  3. Roll into 60g balls, then flatten slightly and place into the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.

  4. Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.

  5. Allow to cool.

  6. Finish with Macphie 5th Avenue® Pistachio Flavour Icing, freeze-dried raspberries and Macphie Sweet Snow®
