Recipe Pistachio & mixed berry pretzel

Method

1. Place required amount of Macphie 5th Avenue® Pistachio Flavour Icing into a bain-marie or other suitable container and warm to approximately 40 – 50°C, stirring regularly.

2. Place required amount of Macphie 5th Avenue® Mixed Berry Flavour Icing into a bain-marie or other suitable container and warm to approximately 40 – 50°C, stirring regularly.

3. Drizzle the warmed Macphie 5th Avenue® Pistachio Flavour Icing and Macphie 5th Avenue® Mixed Berry Flavour Icing over your premade pretzel.
