Recipe Pizza hot dog
Ingredients
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Fresh pizza dough
- Pre-cooked hot dog
- Crispy onions
- Pickled cucumber
- English mustard
Method
Mix the English mustard with the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, to taste.
Roll pizza dough out and sandwich the hot dog inside before baking.
Bake in a pizza oven until cooked.
When baked garnish with pickled cucumber and crispy onions.
Drizzle with the mustard Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce and tomato ketchup.
