Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Scone Mix
- 420g water
- if adding fruit then for the above quantities add 150g sultanas or other fruit

Method: Makes 14 100g Scones
Place Macphie Scone Mix into a machine fitted with a beater, and stream in water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Mix for 1 minute on medium speed.
Split the mix and add dried fruit to half and mix thoroughly on slow speed.
Remove dough from bowl and chaff up and rest for 5 minutes.
Pin out to ¼ inch thick and cut out using desired cutter.
Pan up, glaze and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Bake for 12 minutes at 220°C.
