Method Makes 3 shakes

  1. Mix sugar and 500g of the Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative.
  2. Pour into a table top churner and mix until it thickens (time will depend on machine).
  3. Place into a tub and freeze to make the ice cream. - if desired 
  4. Blend the 500g of ice cream, desired fruit and 200g of Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative until desired thickness is achieved (add more Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative if too thick).
  5. Swirl Macphie o.t.t® dessert topping (various flavours available) around the glass then fill with the milkshake.
