Recipe Pomme noisettes

Ingredients
- Potato tots
- Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce or Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- Thick cut smoked bacon lardons (or vegan equivalent)
- Macphie Plant-based Demi-Glace or Macphie Demi-Glace

Method
Cook or fry the potato tots until they are golden brown and crispy.
Put them in your serving dish.
Fry the bacon lardons off and scatter across your cooked potato tots.
Drizzle with hot Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce or Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce and Macphie Plant-based Demi-Glace or Demi-Glace.
