Potato gnocchi with basil cream sauce
1litre Macphie Plant-based White Sauce
500g potato gnocchi
25g chopped parsley and basil
10g baby basil leaves (deep fried)
5g cracked black pepper
5ml pomace oil
Makes 5 portions
Drop the gnocchi into boiling water.
Once cooked, drain fully and coat in the oil. In a separate pan, heat the Plant-based White Sauce and add chopped herbs and pepper.
Add gnocchi and coat fully. Place in bowl and garnish with crispy basil leaves.
