Method Makes 6 tostadas

  1. Bake the taco shells in a hot oven until they are golden brown and crispy.

  2. Cook the breaded prawns in a deep fat fryer, drain and season with salt.

  3. Spoon a dollop of guacamole on each crispy taco shell, followed by 2 crispy prawns.

  4. Drizzle with Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce and garnish with diced tomato and coriander.
