Recipe Prawn & avocado tostadas

Ingredients
- Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce
- 12 breaded king prawns
- Salt
- 6 small taco shells
- 100gĀ guacamole
- Diced tomato
- Chopped coriander

Method Makes 6 tostadas
Bake the taco shells in a hot oven until they are golden brown and crispy.
Cook the breaded prawns in a deep fat fryer, drain and season with salt.
Spoon a dollop of guacamole on each crispy taco shell, followed by 2 crispy prawns.
Drizzle with Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce and garnish with diced tomato and coriander.
