Ingredients

  • 1000g Brownie Mix
  • 290g cold water
  • 130g unsalted butter
  • 75g chocolate (minimum 50% cocoa content)

Method

  1. Place Macphie Brownie Mix in a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add in the melted butter and chocolate, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.

  2. Add water, scrape down and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.

  3. For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180⁰C.
