Recipe Pulled ham & pineapple pizzas
Ingredients
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- Pizza base (make using Macphie Softie®)
- Ham hock
- Pineapple
- Mozzarella cheese
- Jalapenos
Method
Spread Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce onto a pizza base (to make using Macphie Softie® see https://www.macphie.com/products/softie).
Spread ham hock & pineapple pieces onto the base and sprinkle on cheese.
Place on some jalapenos and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Place into a pizza oven at 300°C for 60 – 90 seconds until cooked.
