Recipe Pulled pork nacho pancakes

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1200g water
- Pulled pork
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Crispy curly kale
- Puffed pork skin

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle add the Macphie Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed then allow to stand for at least 10 minutes.
Load and layer the pancakes with pulled pork and Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.
Finish with crispy kale and crushed puffed pork skin.
