Method

  1. Bring Macphie Panna Cotta to the boil in the microwave add 10% Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis then pour into a metal pastry ring for 2 hours in the fridge.

  2. Once set place onto a plate and garnish with fresh berries, Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis, Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping, raspberry sorbet and a shortbread crumb made from Macphie Shortbread Mix.
