Recipe Raspberry panna cotta

- Macphie Panna Cotta
- Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Freeze dried raspberries
- Raspberry sorbet
- Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping
Method
Bring Macphie Panna Cotta to the boil in the microwave add 10% Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis then pour into a metal pastry ring for 2 hours in the fridge.
Once set place onto a plate and garnish with fresh berries, Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis, Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping, raspberry sorbet and a shortbread crumb made from Macphie Shortbread Mix.
