Method

  1. Dip the sponge fingers in the coffee/ Tia maria mix and place into a square tin.

  2. Put the Macphie Mactop® Traditional, mascarpone and cream cheese in a large bowl.

  3. Whisk until the Mactop®Traditional ,mascarpone  and cream cheese have completely combined and have the consistency of thick whipped cream.

  4. Mix the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping through the mascarpone mixture.

  5. Place a layer of the Mactop® Traditional mix onto of the sponge fingers.

  6. Add another layer of sponge fingers and pipe the rest of the Mactop® Traditional mix onto the final layer.

  7. Drizzle with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping to garnish.
