Recipe Red Berry Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 300g Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping
- 200g Coffee
- 50g Tia maria
- 100g Mascarpone
- 100g Cream cheese
- 20 Sponge fingers
Method
Dip the sponge fingers in the coffee/ Tia maria mix and place into a square tin.
Put the Macphie Mactop® Traditional, mascarpone and cream cheese in a large bowl.
Whisk until the Mactop®Traditional ,mascarpone and cream cheese have completely combined and have the consistency of thick whipped cream.
Mix the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping through the mascarpone mixture.
Place a layer of the Mactop® Traditional mix onto of the sponge fingers.
Add another layer of sponge fingers and pipe the rest of the Mactop® Traditional mix onto the final layer.
Drizzle with Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mixed Berry dessert topping to garnish.
