Recipe Rhubarb & custard pudding
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Rhubarb & Custard Sensation®
- Macphie Flapjack Mix
- 350g water
- 250g oil
- Rhubarb
- Custard
Method
Place Macphie Rhubarb & Custard Sensation® water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with beater.
Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, Scrape down and mix for a further 4 minutes on a medium speed.
Bake in a loaf tin at 170°C for approx. 45 mins
Serve with warm custard, poached rhubarb and some crumbled flapjack and enjoy!
