• 100g Macphie Plant-based White Sauce
  • 1 pizza base
  • 50g red onion (chopped)
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 10g basil leaves (deep fried)
  • 50g vegan cheese

Makes 5 portions

Spread the Plant-based White Sauce over the pizza base, sprinkle with the cheese, red onion and tomatoes.

Bake in the oven until golden on the edges at 225 degrees.

Once cooked, deep fry the basil leaves. Drain well and place on the pizza before serving.
