Recipe Rosewater & pistachio cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Mississippi Muffin & Cake Mix
- 235g vegetable oil
- 425g water
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Rosewater
- Pistachio nuts, chopped

Method
Place the Macphie Mississippi Muffin & Cake Mix into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle and beat on slow speed whilst gradually adding the liquids (including rose flavouring) for 1 minute, scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
Deposit batter into desired cases (60g for cupcake cases).
Bake at 180°C for 28–30 minutes.
Allow to cool and decorate with Macphie Vanilla Frosting flavoured with rosewater and topped with pistachio nuts.
