Recipe Salted caramel biscuit barrel pots
Ingredients
- Macphie Salted Caramel Pot
- Macphie Mactop® Extra
- Broken biscuits
Method
Whip up some Macphie Mactop® Extra and pipe some into the bottom of a glass.
Place on some broken biscuits.
Bring the Macphie Salted Caramel Pot to the boil, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins, pour into a dish, cool slightly then refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
Pipe the set Macphie Salted Caramel Pot on top.
Layer with more whipped Macphie Mactop® Extra and Macphie Salted Caramel Pot until the glass is full.
Finish off with some broken biscuits.
