Recipe Salted caramel cookie
Ingredients
- Macphie Salted Caramel Frosting
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Fudge pieces
- Chocolate sprinkles
Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.
Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Bake on 170°C for approx. 15 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with Macphie Salted Caramel Frosting, fudge pieces and chocolate sprinkles.
