Ingredients

  • 8 sausages
  • 1 tin garden peas
  • 500ml Macphie Demi-Glace sauce
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 500g potatoes

Method

Makes 4 portions

  1. Peel & boil the potatoes and make a mash.
  2. Brown the sausages under the grill,  place in the pan with the onions and Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce.
  3. Continue to cook for 20 minutes until ready, serve with peas.
