Recipe Sausage onion gravy, mash & peas
Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 1 tin garden peas
- 500ml Macphie Demi-Glace sauce
- 1 onion sliced
- 500g potatoes

Method
Makes 4 portions
- Peel & boil the potatoes and make a mash.
- Brown the sausages under the grill, place in the pan with the onions and Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce.
- Continue to cook for 20 minutes until ready, serve with peas.
