Recipe Seabass served with white wine sauce
Ingredients
- 500g Macphie White Wine Sauce
- 2 seabass fillets
- 75g salted butter
- Salt
- Lemon
- Olive oil
Method
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Season the sea bass on both sides with salt and add to the pan skin-side down.
Cook for three minutes, until golden then add the butter to the pan.
Turn the fillet over, baist the fish in the melted butter and continue to cook for 2-3 more minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve with hot Macphie White Wine Sauce and a lemon.
