Method

  1. Place Macphie Sticky Toffee Sensation®, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater, mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down. Then mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Pour batter into lined tray and bake at 180°C for 40 – 45 minutes, Once cooled cube.

  3. Place Macphie Mactop® Traditional into a cream whipper and charge with 1-2 charges (depending on size of the canister).

  4. Place the cubed Sticky Toffee in a glass, bring Macphie Salted Caramel Pot to the boil and pour into the glass, allow to set.

  5. Assemble sundae and enjoy!
