Method

  1. Place Macphie Lemon Sensation®, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down. Then mix for further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Pour batter into lined tray and bake at 180°C for 40 – 45 minutes, Once cooled cube.

  3. Place the cream cheese, Macphie Mactop® Traditional and vanilla into a mixing bowl with a whisk. Whisk until thickened.

  4. Build the sundae with layers of Macphie Lemon Sensation®, the Macphie Mactop® Traditional cream cheese mix, Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping and crushed digestive biscuits.

  5. Top with Italian meringue and some digestive biscuits, lightly torch the meringue and serve.
