Method

  1. Stretch out your pizza base to the desired shape.

  2. With the back of a spoon, spread out the Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce in the middle of your pizza base.

  3. Bake in a pizza oven until the crust has puffed up to create a cavity.

  4. Fill the smoked salmon, wilted spinach and the poached egg.

  5. Top with Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.
