Recipe Smoked salmon and hollandaise pizza

Ingredients
- Fresh pizza dough
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- Poached eggs
- Sliced smoked salmon
- Wilted spinach
- Macphie Hollandaise Sauce

Method
Stretch out your pizza base to the desired shape.
With the back of a spoon, spread out the Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce in the middle of your pizza base.
Bake in a pizza oven until the crust has puffed up to create a cavity.
Fill the smoked salmon, wilted spinach and the poached egg.
Top with Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.
