Recipe Smoky BBQ vegetable kebabs
Ingredients
- Macphie Plant-based White Sauce
- Corn on the cob
- Red onion
- Red & green peppers
- Mushrooms
- Smoky BBQ pasteĀ
- Olive oil
Method
Wash & pat dry vegetables.
Cut all the veg into chunks and coat evenly with olive oil.
Put the veg onto skewers and place onto a hot griddle to scorch.
Place in oven to finish off cooking (wet the skewers to avoid burning).
In a small bowl, combine Macphie Plant-based White Sauce & smoky BBQ paste.
Once kebabs are cooked place onto serving plate and drizzle with the smoky bbq sauce.
