Ingredients

  • Macphie White Sauce
  • Corn on the cob
  • Red onion
  • Red & green peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Smoky BBQ paste 
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Wash & pat dry vegetables.

  2. Cut all the veg into chunks and coat evenly with olive oil.

  3. Put the veg onto skewers and place onto a hot griddle to scorch.

  4. Place in oven to finish off cooking (wet the skewers to avoid burning).

  5. In a small bowl, combine Macphie White Sauce & smoky BBQ paste.

  6. Once kebabs are cooked place onto serving plate and drizzle with the smoky bbq sauce.
