Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- Macphie Luxury Belgian Chocolate Filling
- 120g water
- Large marshmallow
Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beaters and mix on slow speed until a biscuit dough is formed.
Pin out to a sheet approx. 0.5cm thick and cut into squares of desired size.
Bake for 20-22 mins at 250°C until baked and golden brown. Once cooled place a large marshmallow on top of one of the biscuits and place in the oven for it to begin to melt.
Spread Macphie Luxury Belgian Chocolate Filling on the other half of the biscuit.
Sandwich both halves together and enjoy!
