Recipe S’mores Bao bun
Ingredients
- 20g Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 20g Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping
- 1 Bao Buns
- 10g Biscuit crumb
- Marshmallow
- Caster sugar
Method
Chill the Macphie Mactop® Traditional to 2-10°C and fill approximately 1/3rd of bowl before whipping.
Whip until soft peak consistency is achieved.
Deep fry the bao buns at 170°C until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and toss in sugar.
Pipe in the Macphie Mactop® Traditional until full and smoothed off
Once full place in the marshmallow and sprinkle the biscuit crumb, Blow torch the marshmallow until caramelized.
Finish with a heavy drizzle of o.t.t® PLUS Milk Chocolate dessert topping.
