Recipe S’mores muffins
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix
- 350g whole egg
- 300g vegetable oil or 240g cake margarine
- 225g water
- Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling
- Macphie Salted Caramel Frosting
- Caramelised biscuits
- Toasted marshmallows
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil/margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. 3. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Pipe into muffin cases and bake for approx. 30 mins at 180⁰C.
Once cooled core out the middle and fill with Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling.
Pipe a rosette of Macphie Salted Caramel Frosting on top and top with a toasted marshmallow & caramelised biscuit.
